I was thinking of painting traditional flames on my white 80 coupe what do ya'll think too gaudy or what? My wife want's me to keep it as is and I really want a custom paint job to make the car an eye catcher. I was thinking candy pearls on the hood with it fading down the sides spelling out corvette
I suppose its time I posted a pic of at least 1 of my cars...believe it or not I havent taken any of the Vette yet hahaha I bought it, put it in storage. This is my 1993 Toyota Pickup ExCab...its a major ricer, I wont deny it...only thing is itll run a faster ET than 90% of the cars here hahaha. Oh, the flames are a custom job, I was very very hesitant at first, the truck has sublte lines I wanted to keep, but then the 3D design of them really made em stand out a lot. Sorry for the pic quality, it was taken with a 2mp Digital Camera.
those are cool, they blend nicely...I liked mine for the contrast to the high fleck platinum paint...thats another question you have to consdier with flames, either a compliament colour like his, or a contrast.
Looks pretty real to me, just hope the car has airbag suspension. Cant imagine trying to drive it anywhere like that.
There is no way that picture is real. Look at the shadows the truck is putting on the ground. Then look at the truck as an overall whole the perspective of the picture changes as you look from the front to the back of the truck. The back of the truck would be hitting that building. It almost looks like he was using a fish eye lense but it isnt one. And those wheels are way fake.
