I am new to this forum. I just purchased a 72 LS5 with a 454/425 500ft/lbs, muncie 4spd,and a whole lot of other fun stuff on the engine. The car is a basket case and I look forward to rebuilding it to get it back on the street. I have been reading other posts and will be posting when problems come up and I know they will, but, I know my way around the garage, so advice is always appriciated.
Thanks DR.G

Doc,
The best thing you can do is sit back and watch for a while. These guys are right, this is the best forum around. If you need help on any particular subject, first do a search, then look for the appropriate corvettefac paper, after exhausting these two things go ahead and post your question. There are few situations that have not been covered in exhaustive detail. That said, sometimes you just want to share something with everyone. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Doc,
Here's a past thread that lists some good books to start with.
