PCV is sucking it out, new valve didn't help, and I have oil tracking down from my spark plugs. No loss from the valve covers, engine is clean until you get below the plugs. What gives?? The engine was rebuilt in June, plugs aren't fouling, no smoke from the exhaust. I'm stumped!
Went out an looked again, no oil on the pan or the filter, put it is runing down from each plug in varying amounts. Is it time to pull the heads, or just re-torque? The oil on the dipstick isn't milky, and the last oil change (two weeks ago) wasn't milky, either. This has got me worried a bit. What could be causing oil loss thru the plugs and PCV system? I do have baffles on the valve covers, but it still pulls thru the PCV.

Reason: added stuff
Here is what I found after my upper engine rebuild. During my second tank of gas I had NOT noticed any smoke from my exhaust but was crusing and noticed my oil pressure was fluctuating so I came home. When I checked the oil it didn't even show on the dip stick. I drained and may have only had two quarts left in her. Figuring the shop had used cheap seals on the valve guides I went to pull the heads and found oil draining from each plug. When I got the manifold off there was oil in the intake manifold and head runners. I suspect it was pulling oil from the galley past the manifold gasket (it was oil soaked). I would try to replace the manifold gaskets first with permatex 2 (I put mine on dry the first time), then go deeper if it doesn't fix the problem.
