Intake Height
Does anyone know the height of the factory L82 intake?
Someone on another forum sent me this:
Specs from the Edelbrock catalog (approx height @ carb):
Performer 4.05"
Performer EPS 4.27"
Performer RPM & Performer RPM Air-Gap 4.73"
What is the factory intake compared to these?

I think I'm OK then with my current air cleaner.
It is a drop base.
The car currently has a holley 650dp on a spacer/adapter on the stock intake.
The adapter is 3/4 to 1 inch thick and I'm good on hood clearance.
So looks like the RPM will be about the same height as what I have now with the adapter.
