Default Head lights

I would like to put my head lights down? The car doesn’t have a motor or any power. Is it still possible to close the lights? If so how?

Thanks for any help you can give me!

BTW my stock 350 rebuild kit came in last night, just waiting for the 383 strocker kit to get here.

Sweet..have fun..are you lights up..right now..if so, you can take the light surrounds off and there will be a bracket on the side the keeps them up..like a knee joint...have to "break" or collapse this joint to let them come down.

On my '72, I can manually raise the headlights by reaching underneath and simply pushing the headlight assembly up. Once in the locked up position, I can reach underneath and release them by pulling on the mechanism and the headlamp will close. It's hard to explain, but just fiddle with it (the headlight linkages) and it will release. I can't see there being much difference between your '73 and my '72.

I have a 73 and the procedure Mako72 mentions above is correct for us as well.
