68 headlights in an 81?
Hey all,
Im pondering buying the L88 style headlights, but its rather contingent on the fact that they will fit. I have NO idea if 1968 headlights will fit in an 81? Anyone have any idea?

68 headlight assemblies are slightly different in size and there are a few variations... 69's are standard size up to 82. Check in some of the corvette houses catalogues for a little more info. Eckler's used to not take 68 cores in exchange. The lights you refer to as L88 lights are not stock GM items . I have seen them advertized somewhee but I don't remember where.
