Can't work it out,
photos seem to be in the States

as truck in one photo,

and sunshine, garage type

and car park layout are not Welsh !!

Price is crazy - I think.

There are a lot of e-bay skams that use this method. They steal an auction's pictures, and put a rediculously low price on it, and steal people's identity when they bid. I'd report it to e-bay. Joe
