Default I Love You Guys.

Thanks for all of the help so far with my carb and intake install.
I appreciate all of the info I've been provided with.
I'm not much of a car guy. My Father never taught me much about cars because his knowledge was limited himself.
He passed on two months ago and I realize that although he's gone, CorvetteForum and it's members have helped me through more than brake, shock, carb and intake installs. You've helped me through life...and to those of you who didn't quite understand my points of view or if I offended anyone along the way I apologize. I know that once I obtain a certain amount of knowledge that I will be more than willing to share it with others just like the Twin_Turbo's and Norval's of the forum.

Anyway, I don't mean to be sappy, I just wanted to thank everyone in a manly, I eat red meat and smoke cigars kind of way.

Honourable mentions to:
Twin_Turbo
Norval
Cali,68,L79
75 Stingray!
75Rag
Motorhead
Desi
GDH
1Bad69
Pyjamasam
stpman
Les...not me,but the cool guy who's car I first saw in Corvette Fever then I 'met' on this forum 3 years later.
If I've missed anybody....oh well...lol

Take Care, Les

Wow Les, if you had mentioned the loss of your father here I missed it- I'm very sorry to hear that. There's another member who lost his dad at about the same time as you. I intended to send him a card but I simply dropped the ball & am feeling pretty bad about it now. In any case, this forum is like a community- more so than any other I've seen. You've no doubt made many friends here. The willingness to help is what makes this place what it is, so keep on asking when you need to. What you said isn't too sappy and anything I said was meant in the manliest of ways- I'll pass on the cigar though. Take care.

Sorry to hear about your dad, Les

It's nice to have a hobby where you can lose yourself for a few hours
every now and again and lighten some of the loads of life

Then get into your C3, go for a cruise and feel all the weight fly off with the winds and put a sincere smile on your face

...that is what this is all about
