Fan shroud flex?

Fan shroud flex?
My L-82 when revving in nuetral, makes the fan shroud flexdownward toward the fan. The darn thing doesn't hit, but I have never seen so much flex from a shroud on anything before. Is this normal?

I had a similar problem, until I realized that bubba had broken off the top and bottom bolt tabs. I believe your shroud in that year is bolted by two top bolts and two bottom, mine were missing completely including the tabs.
