Engine vibration
I think my harmonic balancer went out tonight. The car vibrates really bad even when in neutral. It seems to run ok what kind of shake should I be feeling if the balancer has slipped. If I checked the timing shouldn't the mark be off?

There can be other causes of your problem, I would think a cracked crankshaft, loose flywheel bolts, torque convertor/input shaft problems could also be the cause of your problem. Start looking and listening, Good Luck!

Make sure that it's not an engine misfire such as a dead hole caused by a bad plug wire or plug. Dist cap/rotor can cause same.
