Need help posting pictures

Go to photobucket.com and set up an account (it's free).
Upload your pictures.
Type your message. When you want the picture, click on the little mountain icon above the text window. Paste in the address (from photobucket) of the picture that you want there.
Preview your message to make sure it worked.
Voila, you're done!!
