Corvette Stolen
I need some help in Michigan. My 77 was stolen Friday night. I just got a call from the police they recovered the car about 5 mailes away. They told me the car has heavy front end damage. I won't be able to see the car until Monday.
Like any of us would be I am really upset. The car is very important to me. Last year I put a new 350/300 motor in it and had all new suspensions put on. This year we went down the complete Route 66 from Chicago to California tour. Except for a few nicks in the paint from the trip it looked good and rode terrific.
Question is? I am in Warren, Michigan and need a place I can trust to reapir the car if possible. Any Suggestions?

Sorry to hear that. That is about 2 vettes on here that have been stolen in the last few weeks. I hope your vette is not as bad as it sounds. Make sure to keep us posted on how it turns out for you.

that.
Call the folks at Haggerty ins., in Traverse city and ask them who they
feel is reputable in your area. I hope they caught them.

did you bump your head? JUST KIDING glad you are at least getting it back! You can go see your car anytime you want 24 hours a day at the tow yard if you pay a gate fee. If you have insurance LEAVE the car in the tow yard it will light a fire under the insurance company to get a check to you! They will be paying storage at the tow yard. If you take it home they don't care if they ever pay you.
