Horn does't blow. Need advice.
I have removed the horns, attached them to a separate batter and they work. I reinstalled them making sure the contacts are clean and the ground wire is making contact. I pulled the steering wheel, reinstalled new horn components from the wheel out. It still doesn't work. Could I have installe the spring assembly backwards? Need help on this 79; any advice on this would be appreciated.
