Putting Hooker Side Mount Headers on a 1978
Has any one put a set of Hooker Side Mount Headers on a 1978 and if so was their any cutting to the body of the car.I have headers on my car now and Would like to put a set of side mount headers on .

I have them on my 78'. Very little modification required. Just a little where they come under the rocker molding at the front. It shows where to alter in the directions. I actually put mine on the first time w/o and mods, but they would hit the rocker molding when the engine idled (I have a non stock cam).
