What an exciting weekend. . .

Hey Guys,

Well if you have read my posts before you know I want a C3 vette for drag racing...

Last night I got ENGAGED

to my boyfriend of five years (Who happens to be a Ford man)!

And in his "engagement speech" lol, He said "Now WE can get your Vette"

So I have been waiting and waiting since he has been telling me he was going to be putting heads and cams on his Mustang this winter, and now he says he will help me with my Vette!

I am beyond excited!!!!!!!!! (Oh yeah about the engagement too :o )

So I need a vette, reasonably priced, needs to drive but can be a fixer upper. Would like it automatic!

Also does anyone know of any Corvette Drag Racing Clubs in the Midwest (Wisconsin & Illinois Area)

Or any Drag racing club that races at Great Lakes Dragaway (Union Grove, WI)?

With your description there it sounds like you may want to join us folks in the 78-82 smog years. Lots of automatics, lots of cars out there and the prices are very affordable.
