Just got some 4th gen Camaro Seat belts cheap $ 20.00. They need to be cleaned before I install them in the Vette. What did you guys use to clean the belts?

I just used soap and water. Mine were just dirty not greasy. They came out looking like new.

Pull the belts from the retractor to their limit, clamp the webbing so it doesn't retract, hang the retractor over the sink and dunk the webbing into your choice of a strong solution of soap & water. (I used Oxyclean) Brush & scrub the webbing....hang to dry.... done!!!
