not only is the car wrecked, but it is stripped. buy it now for $11k.... go ahead! Anyone going near that pos deserves to be screwed.... (only need to spend $50k to finish it off! then you will have a car worth $50k)

Somebody probably got killed in that car -- this highlights the fact that the C1's were literally death traps. Wouldn't want it for myself.
Strip the good stuff and send the rest of it where it belongs...the crusher!

Unless wrecked vintage muscle was smashed flat by a train, fix it! Too many muscle cars head to the crusher every day!
(by all means though, crush all the '77s so mine goes up in value!
)

So true. I have cut up my share too, but many that get cut up even now would be fixed 10 years from now.

Holy cow, bidding is up to 7K on that car. I don't even know if there is 7K worth of good parts left. Maybe there is, given our NCRS guys' obsession with date coded correct parts. You could almost build a 60 from scratch for less money than it would take to rebuild that car....only the stupid numbers wouldn't match (you'd just have a much better car).

OK...I love the C1's but can't afford much more than keeping my 79 on the road. If it were me and I had the money and time, then I'd find a decent C1 to start with.
