Default Cali-1 resurected

Just got phone message this morning from Joe, down under in Melbourne Australia, and he was on the highway with Cali-1 just having a great time. Can't believe he resurected that car from this.

Before

Joe feel free to jump in here and please show me pics.

That's great news Cali. Having owned a 77 myself, yours was my favorite here on the Forum. Glad to hear Cali 1 is back terrorizing the asphalt again. Burn em if ya got em!!!

Umm, Dave, it's called "shout out" and it looks like you have a little residual anger here towards SDSU students.

It's just good to know that the car didn't get wasted. I forgot how pretty it was.

Glad to hear someone is getting to enjoy your old car again. Those pics sure do make it look nice. I think you have found a very nice replacement, no need to be sorry. Sure would be nice to have those old cars back sometimes though wouldn't it.

Default Cali 1 is back

Hi all,

Just got back from a weekend away in Cali 1.....all I can say is WOW!!!

This car drives beautifully and the big dual exhaust sounds awesome! I covered about 300km in the car, taking it to a Corvette convention at Winton Raceway. I've emailed pictures to David to post here on the forum.

Thanks to all for your interest in this project, you'll just love the pictures....she is a "show car" again!!!!

Joe
