There are plenty of <CF supporting> vendors that carry wiring harnesses... Eckler's, Corvette Central, Zip, Volunteer Vettes, etc... The issue that you are going to run into is the cost factor. The dash harness runs for $400 +. Good Luck 
You could also try Contemporary Corvette, they deal in salvaged Vettes and have quite an extensive list. of parts.

What about M&h electric fabricators Inc.@ 562-9269552 or www.wiringharness.com They deal in harnesses and connecters and the whole range of elecrtric working for vettes.
