Rebuild Done!
Hey guys ! just got done rebuidling my dad's 1980 Corvette. We bored the cylinders 30 over...bought forged pistons and rods....bought a cast steel crank...all components good up to 500 hp. Got a rpm air gap intake manifold. Put some World Sportman II heads on it...holley 650 carb...msn ignition..have a competetion cam...i forgot right off the top of my head which one but its got a 490 lift..we rebuilt the borg warner T-10 4-speed...and well after all the work we took it out friday and holly **** that thing flys..but the gearing kinda sucks..the stock rear end....3.07 dana...but yea...we still gotta get teh exhuast hooked up and all ..and im giong to post some pictures of the car and engine...Its a bright yellow on black leather interior with ralley wheels.....

Did you guys just do the motor? or interior, the body, etc?

Sounds like a great rebuild and I have to see pictures of it . 
Please tell me this all fit under the stock hood on you 1980 . I am trying to plan an attack on my smog head '80 but I keep getting "red flags' " that the motor combo's I am looking at won't fit under my hood.
