I also started wearing some nitrile gloves, I hated them at first but once I got use to them it is nice not having to scrub dirt out of the fingers nails.

I spray em down with purple power. I've got a spray bottle of water and a spray bottle of purple power in the garage. Spray down, rub the hands down... spray off with water. Works like a charm!
Does a GREAT job of taking off the really hard stuff.
GOJO is ok, just have to rub it on before getting your hands wet. Any of the orange/pumice stuff dries out my hands... and if I use it a couple times really lights up some tender spots... like between the fingers!
