I just brought home another Corvette today. I got it from fellow forum member "phungus". He is in Austin so I drove down yesterday, loaded it on the trailer and came back this morning. Now the '78 has a new stablemate in the form of a '75. At the moment it doesn't have an interior or drivetrain so it will be a while before it is back on the road. For the time being I'll be formulating a plan for what will be the goals for this car and how to achieve them. It is very exciting to have another Vette in the family.
I've always considered having more than one, but it would take away from the original. Don't think I could own more than one C3, maybe a C5. I don't understand these guys who own 20 Vettes over a lifetime.

This way you can go all out on one and stay stock on the other.
I got sidetracked for the last year on my project '80. I have been buying all of the parts to do the project before I start, jus' the way i do things.
Anyway my '80 has 53K on it and it really was to good of a car to cut up and make a pro-touring ride out of, so I found a 90K '80 that the engine had been out of for 15 years and bought it to make the pro touring car out of. The body was perfect on it.
This way, I'll of one of each of NCRS Corvette societies candidates. Now ain't that exciting!!!! lol jim
I suppose it's nice to get another vette... MAybe one day it will happen to me too... But first I need to work with the only one I have now. Your new one looks like a good project!
