"Who's Online"?
I just tried to jump to the "Whos Online " Page and I got a prompt that said, I didn't have the account access level to view this page. It also stated I may have been limited by a forum Moderator. Are their levels Of access, just to edit a post? Am I black listed ? Do I have to ask for specific level access? Can I get a "G-10" Clearence packege?

Hey I just noticed that if the little dot below your avator is green than that person is active on the forum right now but if it is blue than they are not.

Carl I think the stars correspond to the amount of post you've made.
You might start out with one start or get your first at 100 points. Then another at 500, then 1000, 1500....
I think that's the breakdown, or somthing like that.
