Default How many own TWO C3's?

How many on the Forum own two (2) C3's?
Not asking how many want to own two C3 corvettes--I know the probable answer to that! I know some have attempted to have two, but the time and expense of one was all that the member (or wife!) could handle. Just curious, as I have found a 2nd car that sure looks good!

I am fortunate enough to have two but I just got the other one last week so I can't help you on issues of maintaining two at once. Besides, the new one doesn't even have an engine so it won't be running for some time.

Does owning more than two count? As long as you have enough expendable income, garage space, and time for the "better" half, then two should be no problem. Past two, you would be surprised at the effort and time required to keep up with the routine stuff--- air pressure in tires, regular engine warm up/useage, fresh fuel, minor tune ups, tire rotation/usage, washing/keeping clean, etc.. There are time when I want to hire a "car butler". lol.

Default Pretty quick...

Not quite yet, but I should have a deal closed on a '72 BB coupe by the end of the month. Real neglected but all there and affordable...

The wait is killing me.

I have two '68s. One is a coupe and the other is a convertible. The coupe was in a house fire and all the fiberglass from the firewall forward is gone---melted. But I am now rebuilding it. A lot of work yet to be done to it. The convertible is in excellent shape. I bought that one from a Corvetteforum member a few years back.

Hey Wayne, do you need any fiberglass for that burnt '68? I have a nice cowl from a late '68 cp. and a few other parts/pieces, and I'm in San Antonio. G.

77 and 81. 81 is in good shape. 77 is in good shape except for that little electrical fire - all interior damage. Have it gutted. Driver's side dash is a major pain!!!!!

71 vert and a 78. The 78 I have had for 16 years and the 71 I purchased last November.

Twice the fun.

A few years ago, my father bought a 74 convertible, and we fixed it up together..Last year, I came across a 69 that I couldn't pass up..I bought it, and fixed it up myself, and my father has sole possession of the 74.
