This is the 1980 L82 I bought about a month ago. Because it was recently painted, it is missing it's L82 fender emblems and gas tank flag emblem.
As I was buying these emblems on-line tonight, I realized that there is normally a hood emblem as well. Unlike the fender and gas emblem spots on the car.... there are no little holes for attaching.
How are these hood emblems attached? Am I stupid? Don't answer that.
'80 L-82 does not have hood emblems. There is a crossed flag for the nose and one for the gas cap. The L-82 emblems go on the sides of the fenders near the gills. You can use 2 sided tape to mount them.

Yep, that's the ticket. You can click on the photos link under my name and you'll see pics of all the emblems and their locations.
