What weight !!!??? M-20 should be using at least a 75w oil (gear lube). If synthetic comes in that weight then AOK. I have always used a premium gear lube 75w and would change at least once a year. LOTA guys forget to change the manual trans. fluid on a regular basis (not every 3,000 miles
