Sorry, I have the pics uploaded to my yahoo/geocities account. It only allows for so much traffic per day. I'll try to move the pics to a different site.
Thanks for the comments everyone! I am very happy with them. The guy who upholstered them is going to make a black and red shift boot to match the seats with the left over material.
I finally did it. With a little inspiration from den(thevetteman)78 and some self motivation its done!
What the seat looked like before:
Here is the finished product! Hope you like!
I would like to see a picture of the Fiero seats actually mounted in the car.
A while back I tried to use Fiero seats and found that, when folded forward, they hit the top windshield frame, limiting the space available to slide the T-Tops or what ever, into the storage area. If yours fold down to at least the dash, I would be interested in knowing how you mounted them.
Has anyone noticed any other seats that fit well in a C3 corvette? Or any modifications you can make to the seat tracks in an early C3 to lower the seats. Or has any one ever repaired a rip in a leather seat? Are the floor boards in an early C3 fiberglass? or Metal?
Just curious.........................Chris

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but C3s floors are fiberglass up until 1974? then metal from 75- on, or is it 1976 is the first year for metal? I have a 72 and it is feberglass and a 76 that is metal. Remy

I will try to get some pics as soon as possible. I need to get a digital cam. The pics I took before was with my webcam. I did fold them down though, they dont hit the windshield frame, but they also dont fold all the way to the dash. But thats just the seat limitations. As for mounting them, I previously had a set of Corbeau A4's and when I got those I ordered some custom brackets from Corbeau that fit our year vettes. I just modified these brackets to fit the Fiero seats. Wasnt too hard, just had to drill a couple extra holes. Anyway, I hope this helps!
