Rear Spring Gone!
I removed the bad 7 leaf spring from the car last night. Thanks to this forum it was easy to do! There's so much great info out here.
I took some pics and posted them to my gallery. Check them out if you like. OK, gas tank out, rear spring out.....TAs, half shafts, exhaust, and rear diff to go. Does anyone know how long it generally takes to get stuff rebuilt at Van Steel? I'm thinking about sending the tough stuff up there.

I bought the offset t-arms and all new spindle/bearing assemblies so I got them in a few days. I sent my rear-end to Van Steel and it took about a week for them to turn it around. See the Smart Strut thread if you ar planning to go with them. Nice maltolv (sp) cocktail you got there.
