Time to paint the frame and related suspension parts. What is the difference between semi gloss black and satin black for the frame? Which would you use? Not looking for concourse but want it clean and nice. Also, your color choices for differential, half shafts, a arms etc?
Thanks for any input
Semi gloss will have a light sheen to it.
Satin is almost flat - little reflecting.
For black chassis parts, I use Krylon Semi-flat black.
It goes on nice, dries quick, little dripping, and I like the sheen.
It is a bit flatter than semi-gloss and not as flat as satin - but close.

i use Rustoleumn semi gloss....not NCRS stuff in any way...but it is inexpensive, lasts long and shiny....i use the semi gloss because i believe the gunk and goop that gets kicked up down there has a harder time sticking to a shinier surface....
