Transducer bypass
If I remove all the cruise control stuff on my 78, is there any reason why I can't run a speedo cable from the transmission directly to the speedometer...or was the cruise transducer making some compensations so that I would have an accurate speedo reading?

thats what they did on my car prior to me getting there....i just fininshed the job by removing everthing else....
