There are two adjustments. One involves the big nut around the steering shaft that probably won't need any attention but it doesn't hurt to check it.
The main thing is not to overtighten anything.
Read Jim's Papers they're excellant.
Be sure you have the wheel straight and the box centered. I feel it's much easier to set up a box in a bench vise but they can be done in the car. You don't want to tighten the lash screw in the cover much at all and if you do it off center it will throw off the total adjustment for sure - possibly wrecking your worm and pitman.
