Will this wheel size fit an stock 1980? 18" x 9 5 X4.75 +25MM OFFSET

No, I believe that has a 5.75 inch backspacing. Stock is 4 inches. You can shoot for something close, but 5.75 is excessive.

I think you will need to get offset trailing arms (rear)

Stock backspacing is 4 1/2 " on a 79. I suspect it's the same for an 80. It's measured from the mounting surface of the wheel to the most in board edge of the flange.

I mounted 18x9 with 0 offset on all four corners with 275/40/18 tires with no clearance issues.
