Default Manual to Power Conversion

Here's a question, does someone make a kit to convert manual brakes over to power? Or can i simply get a power booster and master cylinder and all the lines and stuff for power brakes? I know there is hydroboost out there but i've had bad experinces with it on other vehicles. Thanks all in advance, and Happy Holidays..-Danny

What kind of bad things with the hydroboost. I have had mine for 2 years and it has had no problems at all. One of the venders does have a kit to convert to a power booster. Can't remember which one but I have seen it.

I converted my 65 to power a couple of months ago. Should have many years ago. I dont know if there is a kit, but there was not much to it on my car. The Booster came with a rod and new pedal linkage, a 67 type MC, a front brake block and a new front line to the block. I was able to reshape the rear line with a spring over it to keep it from kinking and fasten it to the MC with out replacing it. Came out very nice and looks great. The whole conversion came in just under 300.00 Was a very simple DIY job.
