Here's a thought:
Bead blast the case, rebuild it using 3.73's and start a small scale exchange service for the '80 - '82 owners.

Hey guys, Merry Xmas!
I'm planning on opening it up and checking it out,maybe rebuilding it. It is sadi to have only 20-20k miles on it but the pinion nut is backed off so I don't know if Bubba tried to replace the pinion seal? It would look nice if I cleaned it up and buffed it out like the TH400 I rebuilt a couple of months ago:

I think for now I'll use it for one of the tech classes we hold for our club.

So far the rear of MY 82 is holding up well under the massive 200 horse power of my mighty cross-fire!!
