I went with Epoxy on my current but am contemplating something else for the next. Have found tiles from SEARS and tiles from the Whirlpool Gladiator Garage systems.

I've tried many different epoxy paints on my floor - none worked as well as the expoxy paint from Griot's Garage - VERY Impressed with its performance so far (almost 2 years)
Scroll down the page to visit the racedeck website. I have this flooring in my garage, and it really looks great, and functions well. If you have any questions, just post them here.

I've had mine for a few months now and I really like it.

There are single pot, solvent based concrete sealers available that offer good resistance to oil and grease. You want to look for a non-yellowing (UV resistant), penetrating sealer......NOT a film forming sealer. And stay away from anything that has a sodium silicate base.
Penetrating sealers don't have the longevity of epoxy coatings. You'll still have to clean and prep the floor and any patching of the pitted areas should be done with a cement based repair mortar.
Try the Fosroc distributor in Florida and ask what they have available in their Nitoflor range:

Look at the commercial vinyl tile. It's peel and stick or glues down and comes in 1 foot x 1 foot or 2 x 2 sizes. You can do different colors and patterns. Check any flooring store for more info. It's way cheaper than RaceDeck. Problem is that most jack stands will cut through it when the car is on the stands.
Hello, I have been told that concrete floors "sweat" and this sweating can cause parts to rust. If a concrete floor is painted with an epoxy paint will this prevent the floor from sweating? Just curious
I've got the racedeck floor for my garage. I like it. You can do any color scheme you want. Goes together quickly w/a rubber mallet and snaps apart easily. Pinesol cleans it up pretty good. The only bad thing about the flooring is that when it gets hot, the plastic expands and my floor will start to raise up. As soon as it cools down or I shut the garage door it's fine. I did space my flooring about 3/4" - 1" from the wall.

This is just the same as mine - once I let the car idle for 30 minutes (with the door open), and when I pulled it out, the floor was about 4 inches up!! So I stood on it for a few minutes, and when it cooled down it dropped down again. I also kept mine 1 inch from the wall - worked great - very easy, and it never moves anyway!
