I got this new product in. Tested it out on an 02 that is dropped an inch and it went up on the ramps w/no problem. They are light weight and durable. From where the tire sits on the ramp, it's 8" high. Check it out
Looks like a Rhino Ramp knock off, just for alot more money.
I can get my stock '04 up on Rhino Ramps without any problem, just a slight air dam rub. Neighbor has a lowered C5 and he gets up on his Rhino Ramps without problems. My '73 gets up on the old fashon steel ramps without any problems.
So, Rhino for $40 or these for $160....hummmmm, hard decesion, NOT.
the ramps weigh 8 pounds each. I'm trying to get the price lower but the manufacture isn't budging so easily. I'm not sure what they are made of but i can find out tomorrow.
about 30 lbs each.
If you seen a set, you'd have no worry at all. They are extremely strong (I tend to over-build). Quite a few in the C5 section have built them.
But that's the beauty of making them yourself - you can modify the design all you want.

i haven't used ramps for the last three restorations, finally gave them to some neighborhood kids, i use jack stands and either a longframe jack or regular rolling floor jack....and yes its card board or carpet that i crawl on....gave all the creepers away also...maybe i'm just getting set in my ways.....
