Urethane bumper repair
Have just completed the body work and getting ready to paint a 1979 vette. I have several cracks in the paint of the front bumper and a couple of 1/4" inch holes. I haven't worked with urethane bumpers before but there has got to be some type of repair kit I can use.
Does anyone know of a product that will work?

The 3M kit works very good but the cracks you mention are probably in the paint as if the cover is actually cracked its starting to completely rot away and any repair would be a waste of time and money.
Replacement bumpers are not that expensive, fiberglass or flex-uretahane.... many to choose from ...

I had my 73 bumper cover remanufactured by Keystone products - the bumper cover was brand new when I got it back - $250+ and its still all original
