Well, after 4 coats it seems to work just fine. I cycled the headlights up and down 5 or 6 times. I wonder how that stuff will stand up to road shock - although it seems to me there isn't a ton of torque on that particular area... hmm.
Too bad I didn't think of that spacer idea before the JB weld.
Also - have you guys ever noticed when 1 actuator seems really bad while the other is "fine", the original working one seems to work horribly after fixing the bad one? I really wanna change the other actuator seals now... on both cars.
