Default Do I need to mill the heads?

I have a short block on the way that has been zero decked to 9.00. Since stock deck is about 9.025, do I need to do something to the heads (TF 23*) to get everything to match up properly?

Thanks,

you can deck the heads to bring up compression a half a point .you will have to check to see if the valves won't hit the piston.
as said before yo may have to get the intake taken down to line up the bolt holes again.
