NWC T5 or WC T5?

NWC T5 or WC T5?
I am coming close to a purchase. The engine will be slightly stronger than stock and will not be driven in extreme conditions. Considering the price differences, what would be the drawback of using a NWC T5 vs a WC T5? Also, If a decent T56 was found, will it convert as easily? Which would work for occasional driving conditions for the best money? Any thoughts, concerns, drawbacks or install concerns on any of these would be greatly appreciated...

I went the WC t5 route, only real issue so far is doing up a trans bracket but it is mostly because I am trying to fab up a bracket that can be bolted to the under side of the crossmember so as to not change the frame to far from orig. I might end up welding it to the crossmember to save some headache.
