my town gets treated to open headers tomorrow!
only because I am in the middle of getting transmission pressure readings and have a temporary pressure guage on the end of a hose that screws into the trans. I took down the exhaust to gain access and since I'll have to remove the fitting and reinstall the plug, why bother with the exhaust?
After tomorrow I guess the neighbors will really appreciate the chambered exhaust. It could be worse: it's 10:45pm here and I'm ready to start it, but waiting until tomorrow mid-morning.

I say go for it. How often are you going to have chance to run it with them open anyway? The first time I fired mine up with headers open it was in my garage, and I scared the livin' crap out of my wife, she thought the house blew up!
