Hood to Nose Misalignment ???

About 2 years ago I had the same issue with the v- bar and head lamp support,I agree with Dalannex, Evercoat works great.Good news is easy fix ,stuff is $10-$15 a tube.Bad news is the gun to use it is $50+.Took the hood off and removed the headlight housings, wedged the hood a little higher to get a dremel tool or sandpaper in there to clean it up. The tube and gun together is about 18"to 20" so put a 1/4" or so flexible hose on the end of the tube with a small hose clamp.Have a friend squeeze the gun as you direct the hose were you need it starting on the headlight support or farthest beam. the stuff can be a mess, cover everything. Used a bunch (15-18)of small $1 vise clamps from Northern Tool with wood shims between the fiberglass and clamp.Hope this helps.
