I just ran your combo through the "pro-iterator" in DynoSim and it came up with this:
It simulates thousands of different cam profiles and reports the best findings. You'll probably have to have a custom grind, but I understand that they are no extra charge and short lead time (Comp Cams is like 2 days)...
