Nope, I bought them at Auto Zone off the rack for $10.99, and they are black not red. If I'm over there in the next day or 2 I'll check who the manufacturer is for you and post it here.

Thank goodness! I wasn't about to pay $52 for valve cover gaskets! Thanks for the info

Try these, I don't remember the cost but it is not excessive and it is what my mechanic friend recommended.

Valve Cover gasket: Fel-Pro Perma Dry Plus VS12869T
