Default Header Coatings

Anyone using Jet Hot?
I am about to remove and finish and was thinking of the Jet coat deal.

Kinda like a ceramic paint process
Claims to cool headers and thus engine compartment / starter area

Thanks

Mine are Jet Hot coated, but I can't really comment on effectiveness since there was no engine in the car when I got it...

I have had a couple of cars with headers. This is the first one that I Jet Hot coated. They are cooler and cool down after shut down real fast. Mine still look great after 5 years on the car. My others always had the paint come off and start rusting. I would recomend to have them coated.

send em in to jet-hot and get them sterling coated, u won't regret it. and make sure u put anti sieze between the header and pipe. recently had to seperate mine after 7yrs to put in the JCL baffles and they came apart easy due to anti sieze. also the insides of the pipes looked like new w/jet-hot coating

I have Jet Hot headers and like them. They spray the inside and out.

I had a set of ram horn manifolds on one of my other cars (a 56 chevy with a 327 corvette engine) coated 8 years ago and they still look like new . At the time they offered a couple of different colors ,mine were done in black ,I'm working on a set now for my 77 vette to have coated soon.
