Default HELP! WTF? Tranny question....

On a BW 4speed, there are two bolts, about an inch long that run up through the rear transmission mount into the tailsection of the tranny. Basically theyr'e the bolts that mount the rear of the tranny to the crossmember, via the rubber/poly mount.

What in the world size are these bolts? I thought they were 3/8" coarse thread... but those don't seem to fit right. They're definitely not fine thread... and 7/16" bolts don't see to be the right size either...

Help! What size are these two bolts? Are they friggin' metric? Dumb question I know... but I apparently don't have the right bolts.

Yes they are metric. Don't know the size but you need a 15mm socket to remove it.

home depot and lowes have a good selection of metric stuff ...just take what you have that is close and try and match it up using a best guess approach and i bet you will be successful....and the bolts are cheap and returnable if you buy several different ones....
