Newbie Somewhat
After lurking for a few weeks, I felt it was time to say hello. By contributing my 2 cents earlier today on a cam question I felt I should atleast say hello and tell you guys how much I have enjoyed the info and humor. I have had my 80 corvette for 14 months now. We still need more work and $ to be where we want to be however, we are together everyday to and from work. While everyone else was at the new years eve party I was installing my new engine. 4 bolt 350, 30over, flat top hypereutectic pistons, 1.6 roller tip rockers, xe268 cam and 461 double hump heads. 650 speed demon and rpm coming next week!! Enough for now I would not want to take julia's place on the forum.

The engine change has been the only major change so far. I think a new carb would have solved most of my problems however, the ac delco reman in the car when I bought it had to go.
