Come on vette guys, this is really a great vette, that can be driven everyday. I get many compliments on this car. E-mail me for pictures. This vette has no cracks in the dash and the interior is all orginal. Has one bad spot and that is a tear in the drivers leather seat, which I just have not had time to have re-sewn. Just about everything works, even the clock. Runs very, very strong. Great C-3. Thanks dmac.

I hope to have a digital camera to use sometime in the next week. Then I will post much better pictures. Once again, this is a very, very dependable, daily driver that is great shape. It is not a ten, but I get lots of compliments about this car. Is $9,000.00 a realistic price for this vette? Let me know what you think of the price. I noticed that people are asking a lot more for 81's with a lot more mileage on them. Should I be asking more or am I to high priced?

Figure it out.... it's been posted for 9 days and it hasn't sold. I don't think it would help you any to RAISE the price, but that's up to you. Just one mans opinion. Usually it helps to LOWER the price, if history is any indication.

FINALLY I GOT IT STRAIGHT AND SEVERAL PICTURES ARE NOW ON THE POST. HAVE MORE IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED, JUST E-MAIL FOR THEM. YA KNOW IT REALLY LOOKS PRETTY DARN GOOD FOR NEARLY 21 YEARS OLD. It reminds me of me. A little old, grey, a few ware spots, a couple of scars, but still full of heart and ready to give the young ones a run for their money.

Reduced again $8,400.00. Please, I need some comments from the people who are experienced vette owners. I don't think I am out of line with this vette. It is really a quality C-3.

Don't get discouraged yet, The market seems to be awfully soft right now with vettes, your prices sound very much in line with a low mileage 81 in very good shape. Sometimes you just have to run across the right buyer, after all a vette is a very niche market, so it may take a little time.

Thanks for the comments, they are appreciated. I guess I just have to wait and be more patient. I won't go below $8,400.00, I will keep it rather then give it away to cheap. It is a great car. I live in an area where we have 250 miles of shoreline on Lake Michigan and the waters of Green Bay, and it is quite an experience to cruise the shore line with t-tops off and the oldies playing. Really helps a person relax after a long day. Thanks dmac

Car is still available. Have one offer of $8,500.00, but the guy has to sell his 1980 vette first. Not real confident that this will materialize. Someone is missing out on a great ride. dmac
