Interesting color combination: WBY with a dark green interior. Can you post a pic with the door open just for grins?
Good luck with the sale.

Maybe original owner was a Green Bay Packers fan??
I think that I have seen a parts car once that had those color codes on the trim tag, but did not still have that color combo.

1971 CJK Engine
According to the Vette Vues Fact Book of the 1968 -1972 Stingray by Mf Dobbins.
I quote:
"Block casting number 3970010 found on the top left rear of the engine. This was used with 1971 CJK engine. This was avery low production 1971 only engine which looked basically like a 270 hp, but had the internal components of a 330 hp LT-1. However, it was used with the T.H.400 transmission."
"Intake manifold casting number 3973469 used with CJK engine"
"Rochester Carburator 7041212 DL used on 350/330 hp w T.H 400. The CJK suffix engine."
So while a rare engine transmission combination it is not an LT-1.
Maybe this makes yours a little bit special as 270 hp auto's were CJT.
wfo76 subsequently advises that from the NCRS 70-72 manual:
"Considerable speculation has surrounded the CJK broadcast code. Chevrolet lists it, in the Corvette parts book and in the information bulletins sent to the dealers in 1971, as a 330hp with automatic transmission. The Flint engine plant lists this code for a 270hp with automatic transmsission. Observations of CJK engines show a hydraulic lifter camshaft, Rochester carburetor, cast iron crankshaft and two-bolt main bearing caps, supporting the 270hp figure. Flint engine employees stated that it followed CGT. In other words, CGT began production and CJK came later. Like the 1970 codes, Flint is unable to specify a reason for the change in codes. The earliest CJK code we have reported is s/n 479, leading us to conclude that it is likely that no CGT engines were produced."
Good luck with the sale.
