Magizine cover car for trade?
Any interest in a trade for this? This is my 18k mile 01 Corvette widebody. There are only 3 like this in the entire US. The body is from Germany. The car runs as good as it looks! It was the June 08 Covercar for Corvette Enthusiast magizine. Nothing has been overlooked on this car all emblems are airbrushed on ! If anyone has an interest for a C3 of equal quality to trade. Please Contact me. I am looking for a strait trade. Over 100K has been put into this car. My email is mwstahl@bestweb.net
Thanks..

ECS INMHO is the best around! I love the SC! I kept the boost low on this car but they can build you a real monster. You will not regret having Chris and Doug to the work!

What I have into it is one thing what I could sell for is another (I honestly do not know). Thats why my thought was to make a trade for another car. I have no clue how you would put a number on this car? Its a one of a kind thats for sure. It does extremely well at any show it has been entered in. It was a cover car. It is a great reliable fun to drive C5 with every option ever produced for that year. I realize it does not answer your question, so will have to see what offers happen. If not I will still enjoy the car and continue to have fun with it.

He was humorously trying to point out that you just put a modified C5 in this section with no asking price, no "value estimate," no "I'd like to trade for maybe an X, Y or Z"... nothing.
Plenty of people put for sale ads in the wrong sections all the time. You aren't giving anyone any idea what you are looking for. Instead of saying "I'll give you a Saturn" he could have made his point by saying "I'll give you a '76 coupe with no interior."
Meet people half-way, at least.

Nice looking car...but C5's modded or not with magazine coverage and such is worth $32k at best.

$100k - crykees! I guess we all can get a little carried away at times. After all that body work I'm still trying to determine for myself if it looks better or worse than a typical C-5 but I'm sure it performs very well. Good luck with a trade.
